GBA4iOS

If you own an iOS device and are a gamer. Chances are you will have probably heard of the latest emulator currently available for download ( without the need of a jailbreak ), GBA4iOS. Recently, it had stopped working, but then a workaround was found.

Finally, once again you can have Mario on your iPhone, iPod, or iPad. The legalities are understood to be; if you own the hard copy of the game in question. You are permitted to download the rom and keep as a backup.

I’ve tried and tested many emulators and I consider the GameBoy Advance emus to be among the best, by no means least, this one. There is sometimes sound distortion, screen tearing and of course, not all roms will work. Nevertheless, games run smooth and until Apple and Nintendo kiss and make up, it’s nice to be able to have such titles on your mobile device.

Should you own a selection of GBA games and wish to back them up. Please find a link to a video tutorial below on how to obtain this fantastic emulator:

If you wish to not have the save file remain on your system, does that require a full system restore, or is there a way to delete the file itself?

  2. Jamie84303 says:

Hi Tom, As far as I am aware when you delete a rom any associated save files get deleted too. The only thing you may want to manually remove ( if you are also deleting the application itself ) is the profile installed upon installation of the emulator. This can be found under Settings>General>Profile. A full system restore is not required, hope this helped. ^J8

      Hello Eddy,

Please read the video’s description, a new link has been added. If you still have a problem accessing the website, visit the site> close Safari [but leave it running in the background] >change the date on your device to the 15th July 2012 and then >open up Safari to return to the site.

You’re welcome – hope this helps.
